Our vision

Ever since Krista Van den Abeele founded the company 18 years ago, NextLevel has always had a strong focus on offering extremely flexible solutions to meet the needs of our various clients.

Krista brings many years of experience as a high-level Executive Assistant and understands better than anyone the challenges faced by both Assistants and the organizations they support.

Building on that experience, she guides both companies and candidates in their search for the ideal match. This may involve freelance profiles as well as candidates for permanent positions.

Apart from that she is also operationally involved in projects that require senior level expertise. 

She always remains faithful to her holistic approach that the purpose of life is to be happy. She truly believes that professional happiness enhances personal happiness. It is one of the core principles she always brings into her work.
